Important notice: The Ventra system will undergo scheduled upgrades on Friday, December 5, beginning at 11pm. During this time, all Ventra services — including Ventra Call Center, website, mobile app, retail loads, and ticket vending machines will be temporarily unavailable. To ride during this period, customers do not need to tap their Ventra Cards or contactless devices at rail station turnstiles or while boarding buses and will be given a courtesy ride.
The outage may continue up to approximately 11am, Saturday, December 6. If the upgrades are completed earlier, service will be restored at that time. The Ventra team will post an update on Ventra social media platforms once the work has completed. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience.
