From 10 million taps in 2013 to a staggering 3.2 billion+ transactions across CTA, Pace, and Metra to date, Ventra is your partner for seamless journeys across Chicago, from daily errands and family outings to summer festivals.
Our "GloBlue" celebration at the 95th/Dan Ryan CTA Red Line Station was a testament to the spirit of innovation that defines Chicago, from the fascinating exhibit chronicling the evolution of our transit payment system to the historic insights shared by Shermann "Dilla" Thomas.
The beats of The Pack Drumline and the tunes of DJ Ayana Contreras had us grooving with joy. The interactive arts experience allowed us riders to share favorite memories of using Chicago's regional transportation system. Last, but not least, our special photo stations captured the smiles and memories of the day. We hope you cherish these keepsakes as a reminder of the remarkable moments we shared.
As we reflect on the past 10 years, we are filled with gratitude for being a part of this vibrant and dynamic city.
