On Thursday, January 1, 2026, the Ventra Service Center, located at 567 W. Lake, and the Ventra Customer Call Center will be closed in observance of New Year's Day. On New Year's Eve, Wednesday, December 31, the Call Center will have reduced hours from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM CST. Please plan your travel needs and inquiries accordingly.
